It was over six centuries ago that Coimbra witnessed the most beautiful and tragic love story in Portugal between Dom Pedro and D. Inês de Castro. A love eternalized in Quinta das Lágrimas, which honors Pedro through a wine that immortalize their love, a wine with harmony, elegance, and remarkable complexity. Winemaker Carlos Lucas produced the wine and M&A Creative Agency created the perfect label for Pedro & Inês. Quinta das Lágrimas, a renowned luxury hotel, is now a space dedicated to the wine cult lovers and considered a true "wine destination hotel". Thus, Pedro & Inês wine pay tribute to this great and timeless love from the fourteenth century.

Thus "Pedro & Inês", red and white wine came to be. In the design of the label and the capsule you will find elements that represent history, such as the crown and a floral pattern, which are associated with royalty and love, highlighted by gold stamping finish and serigraphic varnish. The handwritten calligaphy gives refinement and modernity.
