On a hectic but sunny voyage in search of the treasure, his vessel hit a
yellow rock.
They anchored promptly and came across something unbelievable, something
their eyes had never seen, nor their brightest imagination had ever imagined: a
great whale - the true captain of the seas - known to carry a lemon on its back
and a precious smoker of fine pipes.
The whale led them towards a lighthouse, located on an island full of
butterflies and lemon trees. Walking all over the
island, luckily he found a treasure that contained an old paper recipe that
until today is shrouded in mystery and theories.
What is certain is that, once the ship was anchored, Johnny Shark made this
island his home.
ABOUT THE BRAND
The Brand was designed
to transport us to the Victorian
era - 15th century - which immediately stand out with its characteristic serif.
The arch shape gives a modern and stylish look, the capital
font with medieval ornament resembling the crossed bones from a pirate flag,
creating additional associations inherent to dangerous wanderers.
All the elements where carefully designed to share this amazing story,
sharing aspirational messages for the Limoncello lovers and wonderers.
The mind trick of the whale is a subject to make people talk about ir.
ABOUT THE PACKAGING
This is a very particular project which has taken one year to be done.
We started with the naming, than branding and the most important piece
of this packging which is the bartop.
After many ideias and tests we have reached into a final version, which
you can appreciate now in this bottle. A custom made bartop, with a
shark fin on the top and the brand engraved all around it. Produced in
zamack with a old sytle finishing in copper, this a piece of a kind.
