This Port wine of distinctive character, "Duas Famílias Very Old Tawny," originated from hundred-year-old vineyards, in a place best known as Quinta do Cevêr. This very old Tawny Port was discovered in a wood barrel in the old cellar of the Estate when the property was bought in 2019 by Santos & Seixo Wines. There were no records to reference the harvest year, which led Santos e Seixo Wines to believe, through evidence, that this Port is most likely over 90 years old.The exclusive limited-edition of this rare Port ended with 1,921 bottles. Bottling was done manually without any filtration or stabilization to preserve all the intrinsic characteristics of this Very Old Tawny.Santos e Seixo Wines was born through friendship, two old family friends who shared the same passion for wine.
